Start Up the School Year

1. Please verify your information in the PTO Directory system, Membership Toolkit (MTK).

• Go to https://lakeshoremiddleschoolpto.membershiptoolkit.com/ to Register / Login
• Do not create a new account if you think you already have on, or it will make a duplicate
• You could download the MTK app to make life as easy as possible
• Consider making a donation to the Raider Fund!

2. Purchase PTO Membership.

The PTO has set a $25 fee per family. This improves the security of the Directory information, and kickstarts the PTO funds needed for annual operational costs.

• Go to https://lakeshoremiddleschoolpto.membershiptoolkit.com/open_forms and Login, or open the MTK App. (If you use the app, be sure to scroll RIGHT to see the buttons for submitting.)
• Follow the prompts to purchase PTO Membership.
• Membership is the ONLY way to get access to the Lake Shore Directory.

3. When available, Add your child's Teacher Assignment to Membership Toolkit. This makes life so much easier for planning hangouts or organizing events! The school will NOT share this information with us; you need to input it.

• Go to  https://lakeshoremiddleschoolpto.membershiptoolkit.com/ and Login, or open the MTK App
• Go to Store, then Step 1. Family Information
• Scroll and click Next Step
• Under Step 2, Student Information, select the Teacher for each Active (current) Student
• Save
